Breakfast was traditonal Taiwanese style, which is fine with me. Dinner was also included. Snacks and drinks were also provided 24 hours. Great value and minutes walk from the Kaohsiung Light Rail and Harborfront area.

The bed is really simple and comfy, without any unnecessary extra cover. I had a good slept in the whole night, only in this Kindness Hotel. The aircon is easy to adjust by the remote control

The absolute best part of this hotel is the wonderful staff. They are so kind, friendly, and you feel so welcome there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking is limited but they do find a way to accommodate. Free ice cream and coffee round the clock is a nice touch. It is convenient to the light rail and only 3 stops to the Kaohsiung exhibition center.

Great location that is close to Pier 2! The hotel also has 24 hour self-serve cafe that includes a latte machine and ice cream!

A surprisingly large room, a good breakfast and a simple late dinner. Excellent location by the pier and lovely bars.

Great location for exploring the city and access to MRT trains and light rail. Staff friendly and helpful. Provision of a tasty breakfast and supper made it good value. Room spacious and everything modern.
